Contractor HSE Management

Contractors often carry out construction, maintenance, shutdown, technical, logistics, and other high-risk activities alongside company employees. This programme gives participants practical skills for managing contractor health, safety, and environmental performance throughout the work cycle. Participants will learn how to evaluate contractors, set clear HSE expectations, prepare contractors for site work, monitor activities, deal with unsafe performance, manage changes, and review contractor results.
