Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to registration, payment, cancellation and delivery of PITC Training programmes.

Definitions

  • Participant: Any individual registered to attend a course or training program organized by PITC Training.
  • Customer: Any company, organization, institution, or individual sponsoring or purchasing training services provided by PITC Training.

1.Registration and Confirmation

  1. 1.1All registrations are subject to course availability and confirmation by PITC Training.
  2. 1.2Registration will be considered confirmed once an official confirmation email or invoice has been issued by PITC Training.
  3. 1.3Participants are requested to ensure that all registration information provided is accurate and complete.

2.Course Fees and Payment

  1. 2.1Full payment of course fees is required before the course commencement date or by the payment due date stated in the invoice.
  2. 2.2Participants and sponsoring organizations are encouraged to complete payment before the stated deadline to ensure smooth course arrangements.
  3. 2.3All bank charges, transfer fees, and related transaction costs shall be borne by the participant or sponsoring organization.
  4. 2.4Unless otherwise stated, course fees do not include travel expenses, accommodation, transportation, visa fees, meals, or personal expenses.

3.Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers

  1. 3.1All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to PITC Training.
  2. 3.2For cancellations received more than three (3) weeks before the course commencement date, a full refund may be provided after deduction of USD 400 to cover administrative and bank charges.
  3. 3.3For cancellations received more than ten (10) working days before the course commencement date, fifty percent (50%) of the course fee will be charged.
  4. 3.4For cancellations received less than ten (10) working days before the course commencement date, the full course fee will apply.
  5. 3.5No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the course (“No-Show”), as training materials, trainer arrangements, venue bookings, and administrative resources would have already been allocated.
  6. 3.6Participant substitution is permitted at no additional cost, provided written notification is received at least two (2) days before the course commencement date.
  7. 3.7Requests to transfer participation to another course date are subject to approval, course availability, and any applicable fee differences.

4.Course Changes and Force Majeure

  1. 4.1PITC Training may occasionally adjust course schedules, trainers, venues, delivery methods, or course content to ensure the best learning experience.
  2. 4.2PITC Training reserves the right to postpone or reschedule training programs due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
  3. 4.3In the event of force majeure circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical disruptions, civil disturbances, or events beyond reasonable control, PITC Training reserves the right to reschedule the training and shall not be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or related expenses incurred by participants or customers.
  4. 4.4In such circumstances, PITC Training’s liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected training program.

5.Course Delivery

  1. 5.1Training programs may be delivered through classroom sessions, virtual learning, hybrid formats, webinars, conferences, or workshops.
  2. 5.2PITC Training is committed to delivering high-quality professional learning experiences and may update training materials, trainers, or course structures where appropriate.

6.Certificates

  1. 6.1Participants who successfully complete the training program will receive a Certificate of Achievement issued by PITC Training.
  2. 6.2Participants are required to meet the minimum attendance and participation requirements in order to qualify for the Certificate of Achievement.
  3. 6.3Certificates may only be issued upon full settlement of course fees.

7.Intellectual Property and Copyright

  1. 7.1All training materials, presentations, manuals, recordings, documents, and related content provided by PITC Training remain the intellectual property of PITC Training.
  2. 7.2Training materials are provided for personal and professional learning purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, recorded, modified, or shared without prior written permission from PITC Training.
  3. 7.3Audio, video, or photographic recording of training sessions is not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from PITC Training.

8.Limitation of Liability

  1. 8.1PITC Training shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in any training program.
  2. 8.2PITC Training’s total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount of course fees paid for the relevant training program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
