E-invoicing: Preparation and Implementation

The e-invoicing system has been implemented on 1 August 2024 and fully implemented by 1 July 2025. The major part of it is about your daily accounting and invoicing operations. Knowing when to issue e-invoices to customers to capture revenue, when to issue self-billed invoices to capture costs, when suppliers are not required to issue e-invoices, etc. are essential knowledge and skill that the staff in accounting and other departments (sales, purchasing, human resources, etc.) need to know and possess. Hence, it is essential for accounting and other operational function staff to be knowledgeable with the e-invoice mechanism in the organisation’s daily accounting and business operations.
