This programme gives participants a practical understanding of safety in high-risk operations. It focuses on the situations employees may face at work, including hazardous releases, equipment problems, alarms, failed safeguards, temporary changes, abnormal operations, near misses, and incidents. Participants will develop the awareness and practical skills needed to work safely, respond appropriately, and contribute to safer and more reliable operations.
